Custom Orders:
Custom jewelry requires a non-refundable deposit, and production times vary. Final approval is required before manufacture. Changes made after approval may incur additional charges.
Repairs and Appraisals:
We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or damages to items brought in for repair. All repair work comes with a [30/60/90]-day workmanship warranty, unless otherwise noted.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards, cash, and store gift cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Sales Tax:
Applicable taxes will be added to all purchases, as required by law.
Financing Options:
Financing may be available through third-party providers. Terms and conditions of the financing company apply.
5. Returns and Exchanges
In-Store Purchases:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with a receipt and in original, unworn condition.
- Custom orders, engraved items, and special orders are non-refundable.
- Estate and previously owned items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Exchanges are allowed within 30 days.
Online Purchases:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping times are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
Lost or Damaged Items:
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once in the hands of the shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing insurance for high-value items.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
Unless otherwise specified, Shannon’s Jewelers provides a 1-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repair
- Lost stones unless due to a manufacturer defect
All appraisals and gemstone evaluations are opinions based on industry standards and are not legally binding.
